Loafin' Joe's Turns 21
Joe and Jennifer Weber |
Saturday August 6th, great friends of mine celebrated 21 years of homemade loaves, pickles, various lunch meats, BIG salads, pizzas and a ton of homemade chips!! Joe and Jennifer Weber opened Loafin Joe's 21 years ago. A few short years later they gave birth to their first son, Zachary. Since then they have had two more children, Samantha and Annabel. The Weber's have extreme pride in their family owned business and have also branched out to the neighboring city of Springdale.

Jennifer is also an avid runner and insanely creative. She has the heart of a lion when it comes to her children, and a heart of gold when it comes to her friends.
Zachary is a hard worker just like his parents, well mannered and what every young man should be. He has always been so kind to my youngest and I see the same qualities in my own as he gets older. I can't help but think that Zach had a hand in this.
Samantha is one of the most well rounded teens I've ever met, I adore her. She will probably forever be torn between the love of two sports, basketball and soccer. She has an immense talent in both and will succeed in any direction she should choose.
Annabel... Have your ever heard the term spitfire? This is Annabel in a nutshell. She is so full of life and zest. Spend and afternoon with her and she will have you in stitches, her mind never stops. (Mini Jennifer) To say she is an amazing athlete would also be an understatement, she excels in everything.
The Weber's are very special to me and to so many others in our community. They lead by example in faith, family and hard work.
Congratulations to the Weber family and all the Loafin Joe crew! Thank you for giving me the opportunity to hang out with you before your special celebration. It's a great thing to be able to call you all friends.
Love you all,
Cheri and The Higgins Gang
